I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Tracy Paul. I am a Daughter of the Most High King, wife to Mr. Paul, the man who made my ‘someday’ come true, Mother of two spiritual champions, and Grandmother to the two cutest little grandboys you ever did see!
Founder of Hope Venture Counseling. Services starting January 2025.
My Story
When I navigated a difficult season in life, I found solace in my faith and support from a trusted counselor. It was through those years that my desire to support others through challenging life circumstances developed. My philosophy in life has been “If God allows it, so be it, let’s do it” and try to spend each day embracing what comes my way.
My approach with clients is based on my view that all people are worthy of wellness, and we all need support along the way. I hold unconditional positive regard for all people and strive to provide empathy by understanding my client’s point of view. I believe everyone holds the intrinsic potential for understanding themselves and sorting out the problems they encounter in life. I am here to establish a safe therapeutic connection, walk with you, challenge you and help you find hope in your circumstances.
I obtained my Master’s degree with high distinction in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and studied Human Development and Family studies at Oregon State University. I’ve had the opportunity to be part of the Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society International as well as the Association of Christian Biblical Counselors, obtaining my Biblical Counseling Certificate in 2017. I completed a year long internship in 2024 as a qualified mental health professional at Juniper Mountain Counseling in Bend, Oregon.
I am open to working with people in all ages and stages of life: Adults, young adults, teens, children. I have a passion for working with women and children who have experienced abusive relationships. I am trauma informed, helpful with crisis, and enjoy group counseling.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approaches, specializing in anxiety and depression, trauma, domestic violence, self-identity and wellness, and spirituality.
I love my church community, being a grandmother, camping, traveling, and life-long learning. I’m a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend, daughter, business owner and counselor.
